I was the product owner and primary designer on War Games from the beginning of its production.
I prototyped, planned, implemented, iterated, playtested and generally championed the mode and its needs.
I developed the enemy behaviour, spawning behaviour, map randomization, and artifact implementation.
I coordinated code and art requests, and helped to plan milestone deliverables, ensuring that the needs of the mode were met.
I designed several maps, and delegated design and implementation of other maps to junior designers, providing feedback and support as needed.
I managed and mentored multiple junior designers, helping them with level design, encounter design, and assisting them as they learned Unreal Engine’s Blueprint scripting.
I wrote internal and external documentation, onboarding coworkers, communicating needs and goals, and keeping the publisher up to date on the mode’s progress.
